Program Outline

Program starts with 2 weeks of preparatory virtual sessions followed by a 5 / 3 days Singapore Study Tour.
One week post tour session.

PHASE 1 : EXPLORE YOUR INTERESTS

Mentor-led sessions with personalized guidance

Experienced mentors guide each participant through a process of self-discovery—helping them understand their strengths, interests, and natural inclinations.

Participants create their own projects based on their mission statement. Mentors hand-hold all participants, guide and motivate.

​Duration 2 weeks with a flexible schedule of 4 to 6 online sessions.

PHASE 2 : SINGAPORE STUDY TOUR

Thoughtfully designed Study Tour of Singapore, full of experiential learning.

A Study Tour full of workshops, interactive sessions with professionals, visits to top Universities, Industry and Business establishments. Fun and Games for team building and personality development.
The tour also offers top recreation such as visit to Universal Studios and other attractions of Singapore.

PHASE 3 : WRITING THE WINNING CODE

Report presentation & evaluation by the Mentor

Mentors guide each student to reflect on their experiences and develop a personalized “code” for their future path. The program concludes with a celebration of achievements.

​Week long phase with 2 or 3 online sessions for introspection & crystalizing thoughts & plans.
