What is Launch Code?
Launch Code is a unique program for youngsters.
A combination of mentorship sessions conducted by domain experts
plus a week-long immersive Study Tour of Singapore.
Designed to ignite ambition, it focuses on exploration rather than mere instruction.
Students engage directly with the modern world and global professionals.
A program which will help youngsters write a code for themselves
to get launched in a dynamic world full of opportunities.
Who is Launch Code designed for?
Teens:
9th to 12th Std Students
Energetic, creative and curious many adjectives to describe the teenagers!
Launch Code is a perfect program for teenagers to come out of their shell, express their dreams, experience living in a modern, thriving world and in the process gain valuable insights. Insights which will trigger their ambition and help chart their future path.
Young Adults:
18 to 21 year olds
Young, dynamic, independent, bursting with energy but in need of right direction to fuel their ambitions!
Launch Code will help participants to evaluate their strengths and define their future path. Participants get a chance to explore and solidify their plan whatever it be – to pursue future studies through a Master’s Degree or get serious about their Startup!
Youngsters with common background & common goals
Be it Product Design, Fashion Design, Architecture, Business Management, Sustainability or Sports & Recreation, Launch Code will offer a great opportunity for a group of young, passionate participants to set a goal, explore, express and write a code for success in their chosen field. Singapore makes it possible to experience and engage with any of the fields mentioned above.
Program Outline
Program starts with 2 weeks of preparatory virtual sessions followed by a 5 / 3 days Singapore Study Tour.
One week post tour session.
Singapore : A living classroom
Students experience modern infrastructure, leading industries, and global businesses up close. They visit top universities and dynamic learning hubs. They explore a thriving start-up ecosystem with strong global connections. The city also offers excellent travel, stay, and recreational facilities, along with beautiful open spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
​Experienced facilitators guide them throughout the journey. Daily learning plans help them absorb and reflect on what they see. This structure encourages curiosity, deeper thinking, and self-discovery—so they can understand where they may fit in a global future, without being told what to choose.
Mentor-led sessions with personalized guidance
Experienced mentors guide each participant through a process of self-discovery—helping them understand their strengths, interests, and natural inclinations.
Participants create their own projects based on their mission statement. Mentors hand-hold all participants, guide and motivate.
